  1. How long will delivery take?

    We strive to deliver all our orders as fast as possible. The delivery time varies on your address, the general delivery time is 5-10 working days.

  1. What should I do if I miss my delivery?

We understand that it’s possible that you might not be present all the time at your delivery address so our courier service delivering your order will try to deliver again in the next business day. We will try to deliver 3 times before we cancel the order and you receive a refund or store credit as per the scenario.

  1. Can I change my delivery address and mobile number after the order has been confirmed?

We’re sorry to say that it is not possible because the system will have already provided your mobile number and address to our team for packaging and shipping. You can however cancel your order before it is packed.

  1. How much will shipping cost me?

Shipping is free, no minimum delivery if your payment is prepaid and for cash on delivery a charge of Rs. 80.

  1. Do you deliver to every part of India?

That’s the dream to have a nationwide reach of our brand, we try to deliver to all pin codes of India. At the time of shopping, please check if we deliver to your pin code otherwise please provide an alternate shipping address.

  1. Do you deliver internationally?

No, we do deliver internationally. Please contact our customer service via email/live chat or whatsapp regarding your requirements.

  1. Can I track my order?

Yes, you can track your order. Once you place your order the tracking link will be sent to your mobile number and email address.

  1. The package I have received is damaged. What should I do?

If you see the packaging is tampered then please do not accept it. If you have already accepted it and find it to be damaged then please contact immediately and return it witin 5 days of the delivery date.

 

  • Cancellation, Refund and Replacement FAQs
  1. How do I cancel my order?

If you wish to cancel your order, tap on “My Account” option on the main menu of our website and then click on “Order history” and then select the item or order you want to cancel.

  1. Do I get a refund on my cancelled order?

For any sold item no more than 20% can be refunded but can be exchanged with a different design or size or can be stored in the Raaika wallet. For “SALE” product there will be no refund but there can be exchange once. The amount will be refunded within 8 working days after deducting delivery charges if any.

  1. What is your return policy?

If there is sizing problem or you did not like the product the product should be exchanged or returned in 7 days after receiving the order. If there is any manufacturing defect customer should process the return and refund within 5 days of delivery dates.

  1. When will the return order be picked up?

Once we receive the return request, we share an assigned pickup date. The package will be picked up on that date. We will also notify you about the estimated refund date as soon as the request is initiated.

 

  • Coupon and Voucher FAQs
  1. How can I apply my coupon?

You can apply a coupon code on the cart before the order placement.

  1. How long is my voucher redeemable?

Vouchers are only valid for the period announced at issue or a maximum of 180 days from the time of issuance. An extension or a transfer to another user/ customer is not possible.

  1. Can I use my voucher/coupon to get a discount on shipping costs?

Voucher/coupon cannot be used to get a discount on shipping costs.

  1. My order exceeds my voucher amount. What should I do?

If your order exceeds the voucher amount, you can pay the difference using other payment methods available.

  1. I have cancelled my order. Will I get a refund on my voucher/coupon?

Vouchers will not be refunded for cancelled or returned orders unless that return is due to negligence on part of RAAIKA then the entire voucher will be refunded back to your account.

  1. How many coupons can I apply on a single order?

You can only apply a single coupon on an order.
